So I just want to take a minute to vent. I always thought when you ewere hired to sell a house you would want to sell the house and show it’s best attributes! So here is my list of things not to do to sell a house .
Don’t show a picture of the toilet with the lid open. Don’t show all the dirty dishes in the sink, don’t show the laundry that has not been picked up for the last 3 weeks, don’t show the dead grass and the green pool, don’t show the seller in their pajamas because they were to tired to move when photos were taken and last but not least unless you are in the business of selling farm animals don’t show a picture of the smiling goat…unless it was the best feature of the house.. which just may be the case.

After a long 4 years County Supervisors approved the CV Dog Park. Lots of hard work by so many people in the La Crescenta community.
Below is the press release from Mayor Michael Antonovich’s Office today
CRESCENTA VALLEY DOG PARK APPROVED
Groundbreaking Scheduled for August
LOS ANGELES COUNTY – The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved funding to develop the Crescenta Valley Dog Park, announced County Mayor Michael D. Antonovich.
The 1.5 acre park, supported by the Crescenta Valley Town Council, will be located in the northwest section of the Crescenta Valley Community Regional Park and will feature two entry ways leading into separate areas for small and large dogs, dog hose-off areas, walkways, drinking fountains and water faucets for the dogs.
There will also be decomposed granite and cedar chip surfacing; landscaping, irrigation, re-striping and improvements to the existing parking lot to meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards, a six foot-high chain link fence, signage, benches, shade coverings, and trash receptacles.
